Lessons from the past

There are three powers in the universe.

'Sat' is related to science
'Chit' is spirituality (Atma gyana)
'Anand' is of arts ans literature.

We can transform this earth into a paradise by combining Science, Philosophy and love.

In 6th century B.C. Gautam Buddha preached peaceful co-existance and non-violence which was a timely warning to principalities. Their petty conflicts affected agriculture, trade and industry. As peace came to be established in the social fabric prevailing in India. The trading community were the principal followers of the faiths established by Buddha and Mahavir. India enjoyed unparalleled peace and prosperity in the era between the rise of Gautam Buddha and the rise and fall of Gupta dynasty. This was the golden age of India. The economic base of this prosperity was provided by abundant nature, well practiced agriculture, mineral wealth and trade in natural resources and products of arts and crafts even international trade. With prosperity came the development in arts, literature, philosophy and sciences.

If a lesson is to be learned we still have some time to turn the wheels.
